Training & Development
The Cosi management training program is a fast-paced six week program that prepares new managers for the operational challenges of running a Cosi restaurant.
Training takes place in designated training restaurants, shoulder to shoulder with the best managers in the business. You will be exposed to all aspects of our operation and come out prepared to deliver a high-quality product, excellent guest experience and strong operating skills.
Your development does not end after six weeks. After training, you will take the first step on your career path by participating in our management development program - a self-paced experience that prepares you for a greater leadership role.

Our trainers are best-in-class. You will learn about the company and products and become confident in preparing great food and delivering outstanding guest service.
Once on board and performing well, you can cross-train in other positions and become a certified trainer.
