Reward program enrollment may occur in one of two ways:
Così Website – To get your card immediately, click on "Sign-Up Now" to obtain a "Virtual Card". You will immediately receive a card number that you can print and use to start accruing catering points.
In a Restaurant– You can obtain a Così Catering Reward Card at any of our locations.
Qualifying Purchases
Only catering menu item purchases qualify for points.
Delivery items do not qualify toward points on the Catering Rewards Card.
Reward Redemption
You must log into your account in order to select and load a reward onto your Catering Rewards Card. Once the Reward is loaded on the Catering Reward Card, it will be available to redeem.
Other Important Redemption Notes
Although a Catering Rewards Card may be used to accrue points immediately, you must register the card in order to redeem rewards. To register, log on to www.getcosi.com/cateringcard.
Rewards do NOT automatically get added to a card during a purchase transaction.
All points not used toward a reward will remain in a card holder's account.
Rewards may not be applied against taxes, cash, delivery charges, gratuity, prior purchases or in combination with other websites.
