I lost my CosìCard. Can it be replaced?
If your lost card was registered on our website, we can verify the issuance of and value on the lost card, and we're happy to replace it for you. Just send us a Talk to Us email, choose "CosìCard" and include your card number for us to transfer your card value and/or rewards to a new CosìCard and mail it to you. Unfortunately, if your lost card was not registered on our website we're unable to replace it.

Where can I buy CosìCards for corporate gifts or rewards? Do you offer a discount?
CosìCards can be purchased in bulk (25 or more) by contacting us through Talk to Us “CosìCard”. Volume discounts and other incentives are available for CosìCards purchased in bulk.

We’re a community group. Does Così offer fundraising opportunities?
Così is proud to support the many community groups in the neighborhoods where our restaurants are located. We support qualifying non-profit 501(c)3 groups with Così Benefit Nights where a portion of the proceeds of qualifying sales are donated back to the organization. For more information on Così Benefit Nights, please contact your nearest Così location.

How can I submit a donation or sponsorship request that’s not related to a Benefit Night?
As a restaurant company, we happily provide food donations and gift cards to qualifying 501(c)3 organizations. While we focus on environmental, arts & culture, education and hunger initiatives, we accept donation requests from all community groups in the communities where we do business. To help us manage the large volume of requests that we receive and allow us to maximize our donation budget, we ask that you provide your request in writing 60-90 days in advance via US Mail. To submit your donation request please choose "Donation Requests" as your subject on the "Talk to Us" tab above.

Where does the name Così come from?
Così comes from the Mozart opera Così Fan Tutte, which was a favorite of our founder.

What does Così mean? How do you pronounce “Così”?
Così (say cō-see) Fan Tutte roughly translates into English “that which we all do”.

Please understand that Così is constantly developing new products and services to offer our guests and may already be working on an idea similar to yours.
