We appreciate your interest, but unfortunately, our bread is based on a two millennia old recipe and is a closely guarded secret.

Can I buy Cosi salad dressings or spices?
Not at this time. We appreciate that our guests are interested in Cosi salad dressings and spice blends, but they are not available for retail sale at this time.

Yes. All Così cheeses are pasteurized including the soft cheeses such as feta, goat, Brie and Gorgonzola.

Where does the name Cosi come from?
Così comes from the Mozart opera Così Fan Tutte, which was a favorite of our founder.

What does Cosi mean? How do you pronounce “Cosi”?
Cosi (say cō-see) Fan Tutte roughly translates into English “that which we all do”.

I’ve got a product idea for Cosi. Where can I submit it?
We appreciate ideas from our guests and the general public. Please understand that Cosi is constantly developing new products and services to offer our guests and may already be working on an idea similar to yours. Submission of your idea is non-confidential, voluntary and constitutes your permission for Cosi to pursue your idea with no compensation to you. Click Talk to Us at choose “about a new idea”.

We’re a community group. Does Cosi offer fundraising opportunities?
Cosi is proud to support the many community groups in the neighborhoods where are restaurants are located. We support qualifying non-profit 501(c)3 groups with Cosi Benefit Nights where a portion of the proceeds of qualifying sales are donated back to the organization. For more information on Cosi Benefit Nights, please contact your nearest Cosi location.

How can I submit a donation or sponsorship request that’s not related to a Benefit Night?
As a restaurant company, we happily provide food donations to qualifying 501(c)3 organizations. While we focus on environmental, arts & culture, education and hunger initiatives, we accept donation requests from all community groups in the communities where we do business. To help us manage the large volume of requests that we receive and allow us to maximize our donation budget, we ask that you provide your request in writing 60-90 days in advance via US Mail. Please send your request to Cosi Cares, Community Donations, 1751 Lake-Cook Road #600, Deerfield, IL 60015. Sorry, we do not accept donation requests via email.

I’m an artist, how can I display artwork in one of your restaurants?
We believe that our restaurants are a reflection of their communities and as such encourage local artists to use them as gallery spaces. While there are guidelines that we closely follow to protect the dining experience, artists find displaying and selling their work at Cosi locations a satisfying experience. For more information on how you can display artwork at a participating Cosi location, please contact the General Manager at your nearest Cosi location.

I’m an art lover. Where can I buy one of the pieces of art that I saw in one of your restaurants?
Please contact the Cosi location where you saw the art piece. While our restaurants do not handle the transaction, we can put you in contact with the artists whose work was featured.

I’m a musician and I’m in interested in playing at a Cosi location. Where can I get more information on these opportunities?
Cosi locations are best suited for acoustic solo performances that enhance the dining experience in our restaurants. Please contact your nearest Cosi location to find out if your location features live music.

How do I register my Cosi card?

How can I see my CosiCard balance?
Click on the CosiCard link above and choose “manage your account”.

I lost my CosiCard. I lost my CosiCard. Can it be replaced?
If your lost card was registered on our website, we can verify the issuance of and value on the lost card, and we're happy to replace it for you. Unfortunately, if your lost card was not registered on our website, we're unable to replace. Just send us a "Talk to Us" email with your card number and choose About CosiCard and we’ll transfer your card value and/or rewards to a new CosiCard and mail it to you.

I forgot to bring my CosiCard the last time I was at the restaurant. Can I still get credit for my visit?
Unfortunately, we can’t credit transactions to your CosiCard after your visit.

I have a few CosiCards with different credits/rewards/values. Can I combine them onto a single card?
Absolutely. Just send us a "Talk to Us" email and we will work with you to transfer your card values and/or rewards onto your main card.

I earned rewards on my CosiCard, but I can’t redeem them now that the Cosi near me is closed. What should I do?
Your CosiCard rewards are still valid at our remaining Cosi locations throughout the country according to the terms of the CosiCard program. Take your CosiCard with you when you travel, or send it to a friend who lives near a Cosi (it’s good karma).

Where can I buy CosiCards for corporate gifts or rewards? Do you offer a discount?
CosiCards can be purchased in bulk (25 or more) by contacting us and choosing “about CosiCard”. Volume discounts and other incentives are available for CosiCard purchased in bulk.

Cosi is always hiring passionate, friendly and food-loving people.
