getting a cosi® catering card - don’t have a cosi® catering card? to get your card immediately, you can enroll virtually. you will immediately receive a card number that you can print and use to start accruing catering points. 
qualifying purchases - catering menu items are considered qualified purchases. individual in-store menu items do not qualify toward points on the cosi® catering card
reward redemption – make sure you register your cosi® catering card because only registered users can redeem rewards. please log into your account to select a reward to use. after the reward is loaded it will be available to redeem 


other important redemption notes

  • although a cosi® catering card may be used to accrue points immediately, you must register the card in order to redeem rewards. to register, please visit our registration page
  • rewards do NOT automatically get added to a card during a purchase transaction
  • all points not used towards a reward will remain in a card holder's account
  • rewards may not be applied against taxes, cash, delivery charges, gratuity, or in combination with other websites
  • for missing points, please visit our add missing points page to submit information that can be found on your catering receipt. please note, these points are not automatically added to a card after submission
