Catering FAQs
If I have a previous Catering account, do I need to create a new one on the updated website? No, you do not need to. Please select “forgot my password” and enter the email address associated with your previous account. You can then create a new password and be taken to your account. If you have any questions, please contact us at catering@getcosi.com or 866-580-2674.
Will my previous orders be accessible under the updated website? Yes, they will be there for your reference, however, you cannot duplicate them due to upgrades to our software. Once a new order is created on the new website, you can then duplicate orders.
Where did my credit card information go? We are unable to transfer any credit card information from the old website to the new one due to security parameters in place. If you saved credit card information on the old website, you can delete it here.
How far in advance do I need to place my catering delivery order? It’s always best to plan ahead, but you may place your order as soon as a few hours before your event. You can also place your order well in advance of your event date.
Do you accept same day orders? Same day orders are welcome but may require flexibility on delivery time. Lead times vary based on location.
Do you accept Tax Exempt? We certainly do! Send your request along with your tax exempt certificate to catering@getcosi.com and we’ll update your account accordingly.

Where do you deliver? We deliver to the greater Boston, Hartford, NYC, Jersey City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, DC and Chicago areas. We also deliver to areas surrounding Southington CT, Columbus OH and King of Prussia, PA.
Can I pick up my catering order? We offer both pickup and delivery services in many of our markets.
What size groups can you cater for? We can handle anything from small to medium groups of 10 to 50 all the way to large occasions of several hundred people for your party or meeting.
What is the minimum order for delivery? The minimum order to qualify for delivery is $75.00 of Catering items (before taxes, coupons and delivery fee).
Do you offer house accounts? Yes we do in certain circumstances. If you would like more information on our house account policies and set up, please reach out to our customer care team at 866-580-2674 or email catering@getcosi.com.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no charge if a catering order is rescheduled prior to 8 pm local time the day prior to the delivery date.
A 100% charge will apply to any catering orders under $1000 (subtotal), if cancelled after 3 pm local time the day prior to the scheduled delivery date.
A 100% charge will apply to any catering orders over $1000 (subtotal), if cancelled after 3 pm local time two days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
For catering orders over $1000 (subtotal), order reductions must be made by 3pm local time 2 days prior to the event or a 100% charge will apply.
Changes to an order can be accepted 24-48 hours prior to the delivery time contingent on the size of the order and agreement upon confirmation.
