From 11:00 am, the menu shifts to flatbread sandwiches, melts, salads, soups and bistro bowls. The TBM (tomato, basil and mozzarella on hearth-fired flatbread) is the house sandwich, with chicken or prosciutto versions available. Salads range from a Mixed Greens to the Così Cobb, and bistro bowls are built on jasmine rice, quinoa or cauliflower rice.
The coffee counter covers drip coffee, espresso drinks, chai and hot chocolate, plus iced tea, lemonade and fountain soda. A normal stop for staff between shifts as much as it is for visiting families.
